These terms set out the rules for using the Plumki game and related online services. The service is a free browser game in development. The terms are provided before you start using features that require an account.
1. Service provider
The provider and publisher of Plumki is Kamil Bakierzyński, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 56/35, 80-257 Gdańsk, Poland. Contact for game, complaints and data-protection matters: contact@plumki.games.
2. What the service includes
Plumki provides solo mode, training and online matches in a browser. Signed-in players may use a profile, completed-match history, unlocked appearance items, friends, online status, invitations and selected spectator features. Feature availability may depend on the game version and internet connection.
The basic game is free. Signed-in players may optionally buy digital appearance packs when they are offered. Purchases are covered by separate Digital purchase terms, shown before ordering. You can play the basic game without buying a pack.
3. Technical requirements
You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. 3D modes require WebGL2. Online features require an internet connection and, in principle, an account created using a one-time code sent to an email address. You pay the ordinary internet-access costs charged by your operator.
4. Account
We use a one-time code sent by email for sign-in. Provide an address you are authorized to access. The account is personal. Do not share sign-in codes and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can start solo and training without an account. To create an online account, before the sign-in code is sent you accept these terms in the form and provide an email address. You enter into the account agreement after accepting the terms and confirming the email address with the sign-in code. In guest mode, an agreement for the session is formed by knowingly starting the selected game mode. You can read the terms before starting from the link on the start screen.
You can request account closure through contact@plumki.games. We will handle the request together with a data request under the Privacy policy.
5. Use rules and fair play
You must not:
- bypass security, exploit bugs or disrupt servers;
- use automation, manipulate results or impersonate other players;
- publish names, PNG images or other unlawful, abusive, privacy-infringing or third-party-rights-infringing content;
- use content you do not have rights to, especially for custom appearance items;
- use Plumki for unlawful activity.
If you submit a name or image for use in the game, you retain rights to that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, technically process and display it only as needed to operate Plumki, moderate, provide security and handle reports. You confirm that you have the right to do so.
We may restrict account access or remove content when needed for security, legal compliance, protecting other players or enforcing these rules. Where possible, we will explain why and allow contact about the decision.
6. Online matches
Room invitations expire after 10 minutes. Expiry limits joining but does not itself mean that related data is deleted. Friend and opponent status and spectator features are visible only within the permissions provided by the game. Spectating is read-only and does not allow control of the match.
Match history may contain results, throws, statistics and trajectory archives. Access to this data is described by the Privacy policy; we do not assume that a player’s personal history is entirely private.
7. Complaints and contact
Send a complaint or problem report to contact@plumki.games. Describe the issue, when it occurred and how we can reply. We will respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days. You do not need to send an identity-document scan; if we need to confirm that a request concerns your account, we will ask for proportionate information.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may develop, temporarily limit or end individual features for technical, security or organizational reasons. We will announce material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect, stating the date and scope. A shorter period may be necessary for security or legal reasons; then we will notify you as soon as possible. Changes do not apply retroactively or remove statutory rights connected with purchased digital items. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before further use of the relevant feature.
You may stop using Plumki at any time. Provisions about content rights, reports, liability and data protection remain effective insofar as their purpose or the law requires.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Plumki is provided with due care, but internet services may be temporarily unavailable and browser compatibility may change. We do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. These terms do not deprive consumers of statutory rights.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not affect protection granted to a consumer by mandatory rules in the country of their habitual residence. Matters not covered are governed by applicable law, including rules on providing services by electronic means.
Game theme: Plumki uses a fictional, comedic convention of bottles and drinking. It is part of the game world and animations; these terms do not encourage alcohol consumption or instruct its use.
