These terms cover one-time purchases of digital appearance items in Plumki. They supplement the game Terms at https://plumki.games/legal/en/terms.html. Before paying, you see the description of the selected pack or pack completion and its final price.
1. Seller and contact

For purchases, complaints or withdrawal, you may contact us by email or post at the address above. The cost of a telephone call depends on your operator’s tariff.
2. What you buy and technical requirements
You buy the specified pack of digital appearance items available only inside Plumki, as described before payment. The Ekipa BUM pack includes the “Laska Dynamitu” stick skin, the “Butelka BUM” bottle skin and the “Kret Saper” pet skin. Other packs are available only if shown in the current offer with a description and price. The items are not physical goods, game currency or a gameplay advantage.
If your account already holds one or two items of a pack (for example from a Kaucja exchange, a reward or an earlier unlock), you can buy a pack completion: only the missing items of that pack. Before paying you see which items you own, how many are missing and the price for the missing ones. A completion does not include or change the items you already own. If the number of items you own changes before payment, we close the previous order and the new one shows the price for the current number of missing items.
We assign the purchased items to the account used for the purchase. You cannot transfer them to another account or resell it. To use the skins, you need a Plumki account, internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and WebGL2 support for the 3D view. The skins work inside the game and are not separate downloadable files. Ordinary internet costs depend on your operator.
This is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Access to the purchased pack on your account has no stated expiry date and depends on operation of the game and account. If we materially change or end the service, we will give notice under the game Terms; such a change does not remove statutory rights relating to digital content or services.
3. Price, payment and contract formation
The final price of the selected pack or pack completion in PLN, including applicable taxes and fees, is shown before you place the order. The completion price depends on the number of missing items and is the price of a separate offer, not a reduction of the pack price. We do not charge a separate digital delivery fee. You pay once through Stripe Checkout; available payment methods and the total amount are shown before you confirm payment.
After selecting the pack or pack completion, you check the main features of the offer and its price, go to Stripe Checkout and place the order using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. The contract is formed when Stripe successfully confirms payment. If the selected payment method confirms payment later, the contract is formed only after that confirmation. A failed or cancelled payment does not form a contract.
After payment is confirmed, we will email a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium to your account address. It will include the order details with the list of items delivered in that order, amount paid, these terms, withdrawal instructions, the model form and—if given—the exact wording and date of your consent to start delivery. If the final order price is greater than zero, we will add the purchased items to your collection only after dispatch of this email is confirmed. At a zero price, we may add the purchased items immediately after payment and will send the confirmation promptly. At a zero price, you keep the 14-day right to withdraw. The email documents the contract; its delivery does not delay formation of the contract. You can check order status in the game. Contact us if the purchased items do not appear shortly after confirmation.
4. Withdrawal within 14 days
If you buy as a consumer for a price greater than zero, you may generally withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its formation. At checkout, you may expressly request that delivery of the purchased items begin before that period ends and acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw when we begin delivery. We apply this exception only after recording your consent and acknowledgment and providing them to you on a durable medium with the contract confirmation. Ticking a box alone is not enough unless delivery has begun.
If you pay PLN 0, you keep the 14-day right to withdraw even after the purchased items have been made available or used. We do not apply the exception to the right of withdrawal for paid digital content to a zero-price contract.
To use a right that applies to you, send an unequivocal statement to contact@plumki.games or by post to the seller’s address in section 1 before the period expires. You may use the model form below but do not have to. Sending the statement before the deadline is enough to meet it.
After a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. After withdrawal, refrain from using items derived from that purchase; we may end access derived solely from that order. Unlocks obtained independently of the purchase remain unchanged. For a pack completion this applies only to the items delivered in that order; items you owned before stay on your account.

6. Delivery and conformity with the contract
If we do not deliver the pack after payment confirmation, you may ask us to deliver it. If we do not do so without undue delay or within an additional period expressly agreed with you, you may withdraw. In cases provided by law, you may withdraw without first requesting delivery.
If the pack does not conform to the contract, you may request that we bring it into conformity at our expense and, in circumstances set by law, a price reduction or withdrawal. For a single act of supply, we are responsible for a lack of conformity existing at supply and becoming apparent within two years. If supply is continuous, we are responsible for a lack of conformity that occurs or becomes apparent during the period in which supply is due under the contract. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right without a reason.
7. Complaints and assistance
Send a complaint to contact@plumki.games or the seller’s postal address. Describe the pack, the problem and how we can contact you. An order number helps us find the payment, but you do not lose your rights if you do not have it. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
You may ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman for help and find information about out-of-court dispute resolution at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/.
8. Personal data and final terms

The version of these terms made available for a purchase applies to that purchase. Later changes do not alter it unilaterally. Polish law applies while preserving consumer protection under mandatory rules in the country of the consumer’s habitual residence. No provision limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
9. Starting delivery before the period ends
This offer provides the purchased items with immediate delivery. To place an order and start payment, you must separately tick the consent to deliver the purchased items immediately after payment and before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that you understand the effect of that consent. Checkout and payment will not start without this consent. If the final order price is greater than zero, you will lose the right to withdraw after the purchased items are made available on your account and we provide you with the contract confirmation and this consent on a durable medium. The wording and date of consent are recorded. If the final price is zero, you keep the 14-day right to withdraw. This consent does not limit your rights concerning conformity of the purchased items with the contract or complaints, is not a general waiver of rights, and does not limit statutory remedies.
